Everyone has grown accustomed to Michael Vick’s injury plagued career. Vick only played in ten of the Eagles games last year and 13 the year before that. All injuries aside, when Michael Vick is healthy, he puts up huge fantasy numbers.
With Chip Kelly’s new fast paced offense, Michael Vick is going to be a fantasy scoring machine. Vick threw for 203 yards and two touchdowns to go along with 9 rushes for 54 yards and another score.
The Eagles ran an impressive 77 offensive plays against Washington. Couple this with the fact that LeSean McCoy is back at full strength and running wild, and a healthy Vick has nothing but upside.
The only question now is whether or not he can stay healthy for 16 games. The answer to that question is unpredictable, but the odds are not in his favor. Vick will drive fantasy owners crazy with his injuries, but he’s a top tier quarterback as long as he’s on the field.
