At this point, the Packers literally have no idea what’s wrong with James Starks’ knee, but they do admit he’s likely done for the season.
Doctors initially thought that Starks had a deep bone bruise, but when he experienced a “flare up” Monday, they knew it was probably more serious.
Green Bay’s rushing attack has been sporadic this year. The Packers currently rank 20th in the league with 1,260 rushing yards and only 3 touchdowns.
Alex Green is now expected to see the majority of the touches out of the backfield, with newly signed veteran Ryan Grant adding some depth.
Nobody in Green Bay’s running back rotation should be looked at as a threat in any fantasy formats due to their overall inability to move the ball and score.
